To our valued clients and their families,
As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to affect countless businesses and families across the country, we know you are doing everything you can to protect who you cherish most, and we appreciate everything you do.
We realize a lot of our clients are in a state of uncertainty and wanted to communicate with you how we are responding. We are here for you – please don’t hesitate to contact us with your needs.
We’re in this together.
Hours of Operation/Walk-In Restrictions
Even as COVID-19 impacts our daily lives, we are committed to providing you with the level of customer service and respect you deserve.
Due to the restrictions on businesses within our state, we are continuing to operate out of our office location(s) and practicing contamination reduction measures including social distancing between staff members, disinfecting surfaces, and routine hand washing. Our office hours of operation are the same as always. However, in order to reduce the chance of contamination, we have decided to close our offices to the public. If you need immediate assistance, we ask that you contact our office and we will setup an appointment if it is something that needs to be handled in person. We will continue to handle business as usual. However, some of our staff will be working remotely for the safety of our staff.
We are not taking this decision lightly and are continuing to monitor both state and local restrictions and will communicate any changes to our operating hours and locations as needed.
How to Submit Claims
Our team is ready to assist you with difficult claims. Our claim process will continue as it has always been. Please contact our office and we will get you in contact with your Customer Service Representative or Agent as soon as we can.
Payment Options
We are also handling payments the same as we always have outside of paying in cash. If at all possible, please contact our office and we can take credit cards payments or electronic drafts with the majority of our carriers. As far as cash payments, we are asking to try and limit this form of payment. If it is the only option, please contact us and we will advise on the precautions we are taking.
